Shipping Policy

1. Australia wide Delivery

We can deliver your desired products to you using one of our external delivery partners, if you agree to pay the shipping charges at actuals that includes local or interstate. We are based in Sydney so anything ordered in & around Sydney will apply local delivery charges .Please contact us to receive a quote before placing your order.

Note: Courier services may or may not operate on weekends and public holidays

2. Pickup orders

If you have chosen to collect your order in person from one of our locations, then you will receive the address of our location in your order confirmation. Please allow up to one business day to prepare your order

3. Courier Deliveries

Our courier will attempt to deliver your order only once. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the address to receive the delivery during the stated time frame.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to receive unattended delivery, please inform us using the 'Special Instructions' box on the cart page while placing your order. Please include clear directions to a safe and dry spot to leave your order. The order will delivered entirely at the customer's risk. Saviruchi Foods International does not bear any responsibility for damages or losses resulting from the goods being left unattended.

If you do not specify instructions for unattended delivery, we will assume that your order will be received in person.

4. Undelivered Orders

If an undelivered order is returned to our warehouse, a $19.99 fee will apply for re-delivery. Alternatively, you can pick up your order from one of our pick up locations at no extra cost

IMPORTANT : Your order cannot be refunded under any circumstances after delivery has been attempted

5. Payment

Your order will be packed and dispatched only after confirmation of payment has been received. We accept VISA, Mastercard and AMEX cards.
