We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive the wrong item, and it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, you may request a return. Please include your order number and confirmation email. Contact us directly to arrange the return—do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
Yes, we do our best to restock items, depending on supplier availability and product demand. However, if a product has been discontinued, it will be removed from our listing.
Orders are packed and dispatched after payment confirmation. For deliveries within Sydney, please allow 3 to 5 business days. For locations outside Sydney, delivery may take up to 7 to 8 business days.
We use Australia Post for all deliveries outside the Sydney region, and standard postal charges will apply.
