Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Most of the time, yes. However, packaging or labeling may vary depending on our supplier, who may update it without prior notice. Images are for representation purposes only.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You will receive an invoice via email after your purchase. If you need a formal PDF invoice, feel free to contact us—we'll be happy to share it with you.

How can I return an item?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive the wrong item, and it is unused, in its original condition and packaging, you may request a return. Please include your order number and confirmation email. Contact us directly to arrange the return—do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we do our best to restock items, depending on supplier availability and product demand. However, if a product has been discontinued, it will be removed from our listing.

When can I get my Order?

Orders are packed and dispatched after payment confirmation. For deliveries within Sydney, please allow 3 to 5 business days. For locations outside Sydney, delivery may take up to 7 to 8 business days.

Is delivery available outside Sydney?

We use Australia Post for all deliveries outside the Sydney region, and standard postal charges will apply.
